Our products are made from high quality 100% cotton material due to its durable, comfortable and hypoallergenic properties. Most of our patterned materials are produced through environmentally and socially sustainable methods.
On occasion we will come across fabric with other material compositions that we believe our customers will love, and will produce special release products. As always we will list the used materials within each product's description.
Gently hand wash in cold water with like colors and with color safe detergent, lightly stretch back into shape and lay flat under shade to dry. Avoid harsh chemicals such as bleach, and do not tumble dry or dry clean.
You may iron the item on medium heat using a clean cloth placed on the item prior to ironing. Where possible avoid ironing areas where vinyl personalisation and patterns have been applied to the item.
Signature Bandanas - please remove the tie from the bandana prior to washing.
Our items are made to order and may take up to 10 business days to produce prior to shipping. However most orders ship sooner.
Standard Shipping (no tracking) takes approx. 3-5 business days, but could take up to 10 business days. This option is only available for a limited number of items.
Tracked Shipping takes approx. 2-3 business days for most metro cities (but could take up to 6 days for Tasmania, up to 10 days for Western Australia and up to 12 days for the Northern Territory). Note that this option does not allow for delivery to PO Boxes.
Express Shipping (includes tracking) takes approx. 1-2 business days.
Yes, you may pick up within the Sydney postcode of 2179 at an agreed upon time prior to your order.
Yes! We also ship throughout New Zealand, North America, Western Europe, Asia and the Pacific using a 100% carbon neutral delivery service. International Shipping includes tracking.
New Zealand takes approx. 4-6 working days
North America, Western Europe, Asia and the Pacific takes approx. 6-13 working days.
Various countries may charge customs taxes or duties once the parcel reaches your destination country. These charges are not the responsibility of XOXO Myko and must be paid by the recipient of the package.
If you need an order to be shipped to a different country other than the above, please contact us with the shipping address and we will look into shipping cost and let you know.

We do not offer returns or exchanges on purchases, so please take care when placing your order.
If your purchase is faulty or damaged on arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your purchase quoting your order number and issue.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. It is not guaranteed we can amend or cancel the order.
