Refund Policy

We are confident that you’ll love your new products. However if you are not entirely satisfied with products purchased from XOXO Myko, you may return any item within 14 days of purchase in its original, unused, unaltered condition. We cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used.

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and assume any risk of lost, stolen or damaged goods during transit. If you would like a refund or exchange, please contact us at contact@xoxomyko.com.au.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note we do not accept change-of-mind refunds or exchanges. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or custom orders.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
